Open to children with cancer ages 0-26 in active treatment (or up to one year out of treatment) and their immediate families*
*Limited to 4 entries per family
Child in treatment for cancer must live in Connecticut OR be treated at one of the following hospitals:
- Yale New Haven Children's Hospital
- Maria Fareri Children's Hospital
- Connecticut Children's Medical Center
- Baystate Children's Hospital
What?
An afternoon of family fun! Participating with Circle of Care includes unlimited rides*, free parking, and food allowance. Please note that most rides are best suited for those ages 3-14.

Arrive between 12 and 3 PM to receive your wristband from Circle of Care
Attendees are welcome to stay until the park closes at 10 PM!
Spots are very limited! You must RSVP to attend. We know life with a child that has cancer can be unpredictable - we encourage you to RSVP thoughtfully, and please notify us ASAP if your family's plan to attend changes so that we may release your tickets to another family who can enjoy them.
RSVP below no later than June 22nd to attend. Please note that we may run out of spots before this date.
